Recently merging my practice with the firm
I was with over twenty five years ago, having been on my own for twenty
two years, I have clients of both modest and more substantial means.
Middle America, though, would best describe the profile of clients I help
best. Hard working, family loving people who do not want a marginal or
mediocre treatment given to the important matter of preserving and
protecting our estates for those we love. Reasonable fees for high end
relationship and commitment to clients and their family members end up
with my lifeline being largely client referrals. I have been featured in
FORTUNE and MEDICAL ECONOMICS magazines on estate planning matters, but am
very down to earth in my rapport with clients.
My Ideal Client is: Individuals wanting more than cookie cutter
mediocrity that underperforms under real life stresses. Most lawyers do
not talk about protecting your spouse and your children from losing
everything to divorce, lawsuits, creditors, and such. I will. If you are
going to spend money on a trust, it is empowering to think it can be done
in a way that's still protecting those assets for those you love forty,
fifty, even seventy or more years after you are gone. Peace of mind and a
sense of empowerment are typically part of the end result with my clients.
